We’re looking for a talented YouTube Content Creator to join our team and craft compelling video content that captures attention, retains viewers, and drives exceptional average view duration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Scriptwriting: Write engaging, narrative-driven scripts tailored for YouTube, with a focus on retention and viewer engagement.
- Visual Direction: Provide clear, detailed instructions to video editors regarding visuals, graphics, animations, and other assets to complement the script.
- Video Recording: Record high-quality raw video content, delivering scripts with energy, charisma, and clarity.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the editor and team to ensure the final video aligns with the channel’s voice and audience expectations.
- Optimization: Research and implement strategies to optimize content for YouTube’s algorithm, including hooks, pacing, and calls-to-action (CTAs).

Requirements:
