- Lead a team of scriptwriters, thumbnail creators, and video editors to bring these channel ideas to life.
- Collaborate closely with the team to ensure cohesive and high-quality content production.
- Monitor and analyze YouTube algorithms and trends to optimize content for maximum reach and engagement.
- Continuously refine and improve channel strategies based on performance data and industry changes.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in content research, preferably within the YouTube platform.
- Strong understanding of YouTube algorithms and SEO.
- Excellent analytical and research skills to identify profitable niches.
- Experience leading a creative team and managing content production workflows.
- Ability to develop detailed and actionable content strategies.
