YouTube Channel Channel Manager and Video Promoter

**YouTube Channel Manager Needed (Must have experience)**
Do you know YouTube? Can you help the video production team make better video?
Do you study what makes people watch videos?
Do you know about videos' ideal Average % Viewed
Are you experienced in comparing video Views -vs- Typical performance of the channel
Or how fast viewers Drops -vs- the channel Typical retention in the first 30 sec.
**We need someone who can:**
- Make SEO-driven content plans for our YouTube channel
- Make videos better when underperforming (assessing thumbnails, titles, tags, descriptions, etc.)
- Promote videos on social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Use basic video editing programs
- Skilled at using AI tools for content creation/optimization is a great asset
- This is NOT for beginners. Apply only if you have experience with YouTube.
- You should know vidIQ or tubebuddy and SEO keywords tools
