YouTube Advertisement Scriptwriter (Part-Time)

Work Hours: 8 PM - 11 PM/12 AM EST (9 AM - 12/1 PM Manila Time)

Rate: $4 - $6 per hour (paid weekly via Wise)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 3 hours per day

About the Job

We’re looking for a talented and creative YouTube Ad Scriptwriter to join our growing team. You will be responsible for crafting high-converting, engaging scripts for YouTube ads, ranging from 30 seconds to 3 minutes (approximately 700 to 3000 characters). The role is part-time (15 hours/week) with potential for growth, bonuses, and pay raises based on performance.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Writing & Rewriting Scripts – We’ll provide existing scripts for you to rewrite in a fresh, engaging way or give you key points to craft new scripts from scratch.
- Researching Viral Hooks & Trends – Analyzing successful ads, viral news, and trending video hooks to create compelling scripts.
- Developing a Unique Voice – Your writing should sound natural and conversational, not robotic or generic.
- Voicing Scripts with AI (Later Stage) – Once you’re comfortable with scriptwriting, you may assist with AI-generated voiceovers.
- Assigning Tasks in ClickUp (Later Stage) – Managing script handoffs to our video editor after you establish consistency in writing quality.

- Excellent English Proficiency – Strong grasp of grammar, structure, and tone suitable for YouTube ad audiences.
- Creative & Persuasive Writer – Ability to write scripts that grab attention and drive action without sounding like an AI-generated ad.
- Self-Starter – Someone who takes initiative, works independently, and doesn’t wait to be told what to do.
- Flexible & Reliable – Occasionally, we may have extra work, and we need someone who can adapt.
- Comfortable Working Manila Morning Hours – This role requires availability during 9 AM - 12/1 PM Manila Time (8 PM - 11 PM/12 AM EST).
- Familiar with AI Tools & ClickUp – Experience with ChatGPT and project management tools is a plus.
