Job Title: Yardi Voyager Specialist

Salary: usd $4-$5/hr (full-time)

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain property data entry, updates, and reporting within Yardi Voyager, a leading property management software.
- Process financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, rent payments, and bank reconciliations.
- Generate financial reports, property performance summaries, and custom data exports.
- Maintain and update tenant records, lease agreements, and lease renewals.
- Assist property managers by ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation.
- Troubleshoot system issues and support Yardi software updates and optimizations.

Requirements:
- Proven experience working with Yardi Voyager.
- Strong data management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with property management, real estate operations, or accounting is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with property managers and finance teams.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
