Job Description:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist; You will drive brand awareness and lead generation through creating designs and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including social media, content marketing, promotions, contests, Ads campaigns, and other digital strategies in an attempt to bolster a company's digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media management: Design a creative and engaging content, publish and share across different platforms, oversee social media accounts, stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends, set key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, analyze engagement data and engage with current and potential followers.
Influencer outreach: building relationships with influencers that involves sending
Content Marketing: including blog posts, off-site articles, videos, infographics,
Oversee all contests, giveaways and promotions
Identify current market trends: monitoring and analyze the new trends in the industry
Collaborating with other teams: Regular meetings and brainstorming to create top-quality marketing strategies.
Brand Consistency: maintain consistent brand messaging throughout all platforms.
Develop Growth Strategies that drive customers to our website, such as affiliations with relevant blog, forum and wedding sites
Competitor analysis: identifying competitors in our industry and researching their different marketing strategies, strengths and weaknesses.
Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns (PPC - Pay per Click & Remarketing), such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, FB/IG Ads, and Pinterest Ads amongst others and assess against goals
Plan and execute SEO strategies including Analytics metrics and reports
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing specialized in different social media, other digital channels and advertising features.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite,familiar with scheduling tools such as Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Buffer, Asana and Later. Knowledgeable in different social media platforms.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity scheduling tools such as Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Buffer, Asana and Later.
Knowledge of social media platforms for content,designs, Ads campaigns, promotions and other related marketing strategies.
Experience in customer service or dealing with influencers.
Experience in analytics and reporting tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, follower growth, website traffic, and conversions.
