Position Overview:
LibAbun Business Growth Services is a Business Growth Agency looking for a Wordpress Website Development, and Website Hosting Specialist to manage, maintain, and optimise both our own and our clients’ WordPress websites. This role is a permanent part-time, initially for 2 days per week, plus a one-off block of 3 days when onboarding a new client for website development or amendments (This is for a standard Brochure Website 10-15 pages). As our client base grows, this role will expand to full-time.
You will report directly to the CEO of LibAbun and work closely with our team and customers through Slack and scheduled meetings. Your primary focus will be WordPress website management, hosting, backups, security, SEO improvements (using RankMath), customer support, and ongoing site content updates.

Key Responsibilities:
Website Hosting & Security Management
Manage website hosting and backups using LibAbun’s Cloudflare and
Ensure all sites remain secure, fast, and backed up at all times.
Monitor site uptime and performance, addressing issues proactively.
Website Development & Maintenance
Maintain, update, and improve LibAbun’s website and client websites (currently 4 client sites + LibAbun).
Use Elementor to design and develop WordPress sites based on business needs.
Implement new features, layouts, and integrations as required.
Ensure mobile responsiveness and optimal user experience (UX/UI) across all websites.
SEO Development & Content Optimisation
Use RankMath SEO plugin to improve website SEO performance.
Work with LibAbun’s ChatGPT and custom GPT tools to generate SEO titles, meta descriptions, and content.
Develop a Website & SEO development plan for each client website.
Publish and optimise at least one blog post per month per website, ensuring it aligns with SEO strategy.
Customer Support & Communication
Handle all client website-related issues including troubleshooting errors, plugin conflicts, security alerts, and performance concerns.
Respond to and resolve support requests via our Slack Channel while keeping clients informed.
All client communication must be conducted via:
LibAbun Slack Channel for real-time discussions and updates.
Escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
Provide friendly, professional, and proactive customer support, ensuring clients feel valued.
Client & Internal Communication
Maintain communication via Slack with the LibAbun team and customers.
Conduct a weekly 15-minute check-in with the LibAbun CEO.
Provide clients with Monthly reports on website updates, SEO improvements, and performance metrics.
Reporting & KPIs
Weekly Reports to the LibAbun CEO:
Website uptime and performance status.
List of completed website updates & improvements.
SEO improvements made (RankMath metrics).
Monthly blogs published for each website.
Customer support issues handled & resolutions.
Issues encountered and proposed solutions.
Monthly Reports to Customers:
Website health check summary (security, uptime, speed performance).
SEO progress report (RankMath improvements, keyword rankings, traffic insights).
Content updates completed (new blogs, page updates, enhancements).
Any recommended improvements or upcoming work.
Summary of customer support issues resolved.
KPIs for Performance Evaluation:
Website Uptime: Maintain 99.9% uptime across all sites.
Page Load Speed: Keep website speeds under 3 seconds.
SEO Growth: Improve website ranking and organic traffic using RankMath SEO strategies.
Content Updates: Ensure a minimum of one blog per month per website.
Security & Backup Compliance: Ensure weekly backups and security updates.
Customer Support Response Time: Respond to all client issues within 24 hours.
Client Satisfaction: Positive feedback from customers on website performance & support.
Onboarding Efficiency: Successfully complete new website projects within designated timelines.
Requirements & Skills:
? Proven experience in WordPress website development & maintenance
? Strong knowledge of Elementor, Cloudflare, Vultr hosting, and WordPress security
? Experience with SEO optimisation (RankMath preferred)
? Familiarity with Cloudflare DNS management & website security best practices
? Ability to use AI-powered content tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to generate SEO content
? Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
? Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach
? Experience working with Slack and remote team collaboration
? Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical clients
