???? About the Role:
As a WordPress Developer & Designer, you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining high-quality WordPress websites using Elementor while ensuring SEO best practices. You’ll collaborate with our team to develop user-friendly, fast-loading, and conversion-optimized websites for our clients.

???? Key Responsibilities:
? Develop and design WordPress websites using Elementor & Elementor Pro
? Customize themes, plugins, and layouts for a seamless user experience
? Implement on-page SEO best practices, including schema markup, metadata, and site structure optimization
? Optimize website performance for speed, mobile responsiveness, and Core Web Vitals
? Create landing pages and sales funnels for lead generation & conversion
? Troubleshoot and resolve WordPress-related issues
? Ensure website security, backups, and regular updates
? Work with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools to track and improve website performance
? Collaborate with content writers, marketing teams, and clients to ensure effective website strategies

???? Requirements:
? Proven experience in WordPress development & design (Portfolio required)
? Expert in Elementor & Elementor Pro
? Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
? Familiarity with SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Yoast SEO, RankMath, etc.)
? Experience with eCommerce (WooCommerce) and membership sites
? Knowledge of website speed optimization techniques (CDN, caching, image optimization, lazy loading, etc.)
? Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
? Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail

???? Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
???? Experience with Google Ads & Facebook Pixel integration
???? Knowledge of AI tools, automation, and chatbots
???? UI/UX design experience
???? Experience with custom WordPress development (ACF, CPTs, API integrations, etc.)
