Wordpress Desginer

We are looking for a WordPress Developer with Elementor Pro expertise to join our team at Upgrade to see actual info! This role is essential in helping us build, revamp, and clone websites that are visually appealing, SEO-optimized, and aligned with our brand’s mission of delivering industry-leading training.

As a WordPress and Elementor Pro specialist, you’ll be responsible for designing and developing websites from scratch, collaborating with our graphic designers, and executing clean, high-performance site builds. This is a temporary full-time gig lasting 2 to 3 months, with potential to extend. (The subject line keyword is Bluebird—more info below)

???? Job Duties:

Design and build brand-new WordPress websites using Elementor Pro

Clone, revamp, and improve existing websites

Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and mobile responsiveness

Implement clean, modern layouts that follow branding guidelines

Collaborate with our graphic designers to bring creative visions to life

Maintain and update existing WordPress sites

Troubleshoot bugs and improve user experience

Ensure consistent branding and visual identity across all web pages

Handle both design and development with minimal supervision

? Job Qualifications:

At least 3+ years of professional experience with WordPress and Elementor Pro

Strong skills in HTML and CSS

Experience in cloning, revamping, and optimizing websites

Solid understanding of on-page SEO, page speed, and best web practices

Familiarity with Rank Math, and modern plugins

Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams

Bonus if you have experience with NitroPack, UI/UX, or Google Analytics/Search Console

The right candidate will have deep Elementor Pro knowledge, a strong eye for design, and a solid technical foundation. You’ll work closely with our team and play a key role in making our web presence shine.

Pay: $1,100 USD/month

Schedule: Full-Time, 8 AM – 5 PM Pacific Time (Monday to Friday)

Duration: 2 to 3 months (potential for extension)
