We are a leading beauty brand in Australia seeking a skilled WordPress Multisite Specialist to maintain and enhance our online presence. The role focuses on managing and improving our eCommerce platform and related websites, ensuring a seamless user experience, and supporting integrations with key business tools.

Our Online Infrastructure:
• Primary Platform: WordPress Multisite (daily attention for eCommerce management).
• Additional Sites: Three simple WordPress websites (periodical maintenance).
• Hosting: Cloudways.
• Existing Integrations: MYOB (via Wbsync), Shipstation, Brevo, Facebook.
• Potential Future Tool: Zapier.
• SEO Tool: SEMrush.

Responsibilities
I. Web Development and Maintenance
1. Core Website Management:
• Maintain and optimize the WordPress Multisite eCommerce platform.
• Oversee website design and ensure a user-friendly UX.
• Manage technical infrastructure for smooth operations.
2. B2B Features Development:
• Implement wholesale pricing and catalogue functionality.
• Ensure CRM, accounting, and order fulfilment system integrations.

3. Functionality Enhancements:
• Manage and optimize the CMS.
• Integrate marketing tools like Brevo and web forms.
• Support customer service functions.
4. Stay Updated (Essential):
• Monitor and implement relevant trends in technology, especially in AI.
II. Technical Web SEO
1. Ensure website crawlability and indexability.
2. Optimize website speed and performance.
3. Review and maintain URL structure and internal linking.
4. Ensure website security and accessibility.
5. Implement structured data and schema markup.

Requirements
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
• WordPress Multisite: Experience managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting.
• Platform Integrations: Experience integrating WordPress with CRMs, accounting software, Facebook, and other tools.
• Technical SEO Expertise: Experience in areas such as crawlability, indexability, and internal linking.
• SEMrush: At least 1 year of hands-on experience.
• Problem-solving: Proven ability to identify and fix website errors promptly.
Bonus Skills:
• Experience with Cloudways hosting.
• Familiarity with Zapier for potential future integrations.
