JOB OVERVIEW:
The ideal candidate for this position has a technical background in WordPress, is able to identify errors and issues on the website, has extensive knowledge of analytics, and understands the value of SEO to a (law firm) website. Additionally, the role is responsible for enhancing the online presence of the site, in addition to assessing and maintaining its functionality and visual appeal.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. WordPress Management: Perform regular website updates. Ensure that website bugs, errors, and issues are fixed.

2. Technical Optimization: Identify and resolve SEO-related issues or other technical problems on a daily or weekly basis.

3. Monitoring Analytics: Analyze organic traffic, keyword rankings, and other metrics through a performance report.

4.UX Enhancement: Test the usability of the site and ensure that it provides an excellent user experience.

5. Collaboration: Assist/Collaborate with the Marketing and Content Writer in ensuring that the work is in compliance with the SEO guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Must have a minimum of 2-3 years experience as a WordPress Expert, Webmaster, UX/UI Developer, or Web Analyst (or similar roles)
2. Proficient in using WordPress
3. Has a Bachelor’s degree in IT (or a similar field) (optional)
4. Has a proficient understanding of HTML, CSS etc.
5. Has proficient knowledge of SEO
6. Must have a WhatsApp Number
