Permanent Remote / Work-from-home / Full-Time
Graveyard Shift / Night Shift (at least 2 years of graveyard experience is a must)
Salary Range: 35,000 - 45,000 (Depending on your experience)

WHOLESALE ACCOUNTS
- Assist with the USA and international wholesale business
- Support and grow current in-house wholesale accounts
- Build trusting relationships with existing and new clients
- Enter orders through the ordering platform and ERP system
- Perform data entry and vendor portal setups (e.g., product setup in internal systems and on clients' websites)
- Follow up with accounts to ensure receipt of orders
- Assist in presenting lines to buyers alongside the manager
- Analyze weekly sales and performance reports
- Provide stellar customer service to all clients, ensuring confidence in the brand

PROSPECT & CLOSE
- Identify new opportunities with top-tier businesses in our space
- Proactively prospect leads for new business

CREATIVE GROWTH & COLLABORATION
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Customer Service, Marketing, and PR departments to optimize sales
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Conduct competitor analyses and market research to understand the market landscape

Requirements:
- Comfortable using time tracker tools like Time Doctor
- Highly motivated and organized
- Fluent in English - excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficient on a computer and in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- High-quality noise-canceling headset
- High-speed internet (50+ Mbps) with backup internet
- High-speed computer with a working webcam also must have a backup computer
- A quiet working environment free of outside noise (cars, animals, others working)
