We are seeking an experienced recruiter to support our Philippine Operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for posting job advertisements, conducting initial screenings of applicants, and administering tests to evaluate candidates' skills. Interviewing will also be conducted. A phone number will be required in case the candidates call the recruiter. Attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential. Experience with local white collar role recruitment is a must. You must have an idea of salary ranges and current market rates.

This has the potential to be a long term role. Depending on the candidate you might be required to report to the Manila office either in Quezon City or Makati occassionally.
