? **SEO Strategy & Execution:**
- Develop and execute **high-level SEO strategies** that align with our luxury brand identity.
- Optimize website structure, content, and technical SEO for premium audience engagement.
- Implement and refine **link-building strategies** focused on quality and domain authority growth.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on **SEO performance metrics and keyword rankings**.
? **SEM & Google Ads Management:**
- Plan, launch, and optimize **Google Ads (PPC, Display, Retargeting, YouTube Ads, and Performance Max campaigns)**.
- Manage large-scale ad budgets with a focus on **ROI and high-value lead generation**.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audience segmentation, and bid strategies.
- Utilize **Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console** to track conversions and customer behavior.
? **Luxury Market & Brand Alignment:**
- Tailor SEO/SEM strategies for **affluent travelers** and high-end clientele.
- Leverage data insights to refine digital marketing campaigns that **drive premium bookings**.
- Collaborate with the content and branding team to create **high-value, SEO-optimized storytelling**.
???? What We’re Looking For:
? **5+ years of experience** in SEO, SEM, and Google Ads strategy.
? Proven track record of **driving conversions and ROI** through paid campaigns.
? Strong analytical skills with expertise in **Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Tag Manager**.
? Experience working with **luxury brands, high-end travel, or premium services**.
? Understanding of **luxury customer behavior and long sales cycles**.
? Ability to **integrate SEO & SEM efforts with content marketing and brand positioning**.
? Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
