You need to understand levels of awareness, market sophistication, and how to speak to the customer based on where they are in the buying journey.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Craft ad angles, messaging frameworks, and storylines for UGC, listicles, and product pages
Write briefs that make life easy for creators and editors
Research competitors, customer reviews, and identify what makes people actually buy
Work with our media buyers to test fast, learn faster, and scale what works
Iterate based on performance — you're not here to make things "look cool," you're here to make them convert

What You Need:
Experience writing or strategizing ads for DTC brands (Meta/TikTok especially)
Deep understanding of buyer psychology and how to move people from unaware ? most aware
You know what market sophistication is — and you use it to build better hooks
Strong communication — your briefs should be clear, not cute
Bonus: Experience with listicles, advertorials,
