What You’ll Do: As our Weekend Real Estate Video Editor, you'll play a vital role in editing captivating real estate videos that tell compelling stories for our clients. Your expertise will help us bring out the best in every property we showcase.

Qualifications:

1. Proficiency in Final Cut Pro (This is a must-have!)
2. Experience using a MacBook device
3. Proven experience in Real Estate Video Editing
4. Excellent attention to detail and organization
5. Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
6. Strong communication skills in English
7. Availability to work 8 hours a day, Saturday and Sunday (PST)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Edit and assemble raw real estate footage into polished, engaging videos
2. Create eye-catching thumbnails to enhance our video content
3. Add captions and visual enhancements to improve engagement
4. Stay organized by maintaining a systematic library of video footage
5. Stay up to date with the latest editing tools and industry trends
6. Manage multiple projects efficiently, keeping our project management software updated daily
