We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator and Dispatcher to join our dynamic, high-volume call center. In this role, you will be responsible for managing incoming calls, responding to
Schedule:
Saturday and Sunday, 8-10 hour shift each day.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage a high volume of calls and messages per hour.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone,
- Schedule and book appointments for plumbing, HVAC, and electrical services using our booking systems.
- Assist customers with any scheduling changes, cancellations, or rescheduling requests.
- Utilize our phone system (must have a compatible headset) and ServiceTitan (experience is a HIGH plus).
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while entering customer information and booking appointments.
- Ensure high-quality customer service that aligns with our expert standards.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical a MAJOR plus!
- Previous experience in a high-volume call center environment.
- Experience with ServiceTitan is a significant advantage!
- Strong communication skills and a professional, courteous demeanor.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Must have a headset compatible with your computer.
- Willingness to work full-time, with flexible availability for shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must have reliable attendance and a commitment to providing expert customer service.
