JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator and Dispatcher to join our dynamic, high-volume call center. In this role, you will be responsible for managing incoming calls, responding to emails, text messages, booking requests, Yelp Leads, Google Messages, and Social Media messages, and assisting customers in scheduling appointments for plumbers, HVAC technicians, and electricians for both residential and commercial properties. Our aim is to provide expert service, every single time, and we have an extensive quality assurance system in place to monitor each interaction.

Schedule:
Saturday and Sunday, 8-10 hour shift each day.

Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage a high volume of calls and messages per hour.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text messages.
- Schedule and book appointments for plumbing, HVAC, and electrical services using our booking systems.
- Assist customers with any scheduling changes, cancellations, or rescheduling requests.
- Utilize our phone system (must have a compatible headset) and ServiceTitan (experience is a HIGH plus).
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while entering customer information and booking appointments.
- Ensure high-quality customer service that aligns with our expert standards.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical a MAJOR plus!
- Previous experience in a high-volume call center environment.
- Experience with ServiceTitan is a significant advantage!
- Strong communication skills and a professional, courteous demeanor.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Must have a headset compatible with your computer.
- Willingness to work full-time, with flexible availability for shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must have reliable attendance and a commitment to providing expert customer service.
