We are looking for a highly skilled and results-oriented Website & Sales Funnel Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and maintaining our online presence to generate leads and drive conversions. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in website management, funnel building, and real estate marketing. ++Basic Requirements:++
Minimum of 2 years of experience in website management and sales funnel creation, with real estate experience preferred.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in creating and managing high-converting sales funnels.
2. Proficiency in website management platforms.
3. Strong knowledge of website analytics, conversion optimization, and SEO strategies.
4. Ability to create and implement sales funnel strategies that effectively capture, nurture, and convert leads.
5. Proficiency in marketing automation tools, including but not limited to Zapier.
6. Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and web hosting.
7. Experience in using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking tools to measure funnel performance.
8. Strong graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) for creating web content, landing pages, and ads.
9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on user-centered design.
10. Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
11. Creative problem-solving skills to continuously improve the user experience and funnel conversions.

1. Website Design & Management:
a. Oversee the design, functionality, and user experience of the company website, ensuring it is optimized for lead generation and conversions.
b. Implement SEO strategies to improve site visibility and drive organic traffic.
c. Track and analyze website performance, adjusting content and design for better user experience and conversion rates.
2. Sales Funnel Creation & Optimization:
a. Design, build, and optimize lead capture funnels for real estate leads.
