Role Overview
We’re looking for a Website Quick Fix & Speed Optimization Specialist to handle on-demand website issues, speed fixes, and minor development updates for our clients.?

This is a high-demand, fast-response role, meaning you’ll be fixing website issues FAST. Small business owners often have broken pages, slow websites, or SEO errors—you’ll be the go-to person to fix, optimize, and improve their sites quickly.??You will be part of a highly supportive team, working closely with:

Aaron (Founder & Lead Sales) – Owner and strategic operations
Joy (Web Developer & Sales Trainer) – Our head of Web and direct manager
Mary (Marketing & Content Specialist) – Ensures our messaging & positioning align with campaigns
Deeya (Admin & Operations Support) – Helps streamline workflows & CRM management
Jehan - (Lead Generation) - Helps generate leads
Kathleen - (Lead Generation) - Helps generate leads

Your Key Responsibilities

Website Troubleshooting & Fixes
* Fix broken pages, buttons, forms, and navigation issues
* Resolve plugin conflicts, CSS issues, and mobile responsiveness problems
* Debug WordPress, Shopify, and GoHighLevel issues?

Speed Optimization
* Improve page load times using caching, image compression, and minification
* Remove unnecessary plugins, optimize hosting, and improve Core Web Vitals?

SEO & Performance Enhancements
* Ensure pages have proper meta tags, alt text, and SEO-friendly URLs
* Fix redirection issues, broken links, and indexing problems?

Client Support & Updates
* Communicate updates to clients in WhatsApp & Trello
* Suggest additional improvements & upsells (e.g., security upgrades, SEO services)

Who We’re Looking For
? 2+ years of experience in web development or website troubleshooting?
? Expert in WordPress & Shopify (HTML, CSS, JavaScript knowledge is a plus)?
? Fast problem-solver – Can diagnose & fix issues quickly?
? Understands page speed & performance optimization?
? Tech-savvy & detail-oriented – Must be able to work independently with minimal guidance

Salary & Hours
Part-Time: 20 hours per week (potential for full-time role as demand grows)?
$300–$500/month + performance bonuses for fast & efficient work
