Key Responsibilities:

Quality Inspection (QI): Thoroughly test updates and changes, identifying bugs or inconsistencies, and ensuring the website meets design specifications.
Collaboration: Work closely with our web developer, providing clear briefs and feedback to ensure projects run smoothly.
Shopify Support: Implement small changes and updates on Shopify platforms, ensuring the store is always functional and optimised.
Process Documentation: Create detailed process notes and user guides to streamline future updates and ongoing maintenance.
