Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with expertise in website updates, SEO, and Google Ads management. The ideal candidate will maintain our website, add new services when needed, optimize our search engine presence, and manage our Google Ads campaigns effectively.
About Smash Booth:
Smash Booth is a premier photo booth rental company based in Las Vegas, renowned for delivering upscale experiences to our clients.
Working Schedule:
• Monday to Friday: 10AM – 6PM PST (40 hours per week)
100% remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Website Management:
• Regularly update website content and visuals to ensure accuracy and appeal.
• Ensure all website functionalities, including links and forms, are operational.
• Implement new features and improvements as needed.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
• Optimize website content for improved search engine rankings.
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices.
• Monitor and analyze website traffic and performance metrics. ?
• Google Ads Management:
• Create and manage effective Google Ads campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies for optimal ROI.
• Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance.
• General Support:
• Assist with additional marketing tasks as needed.
• Provide insights and suggestions to enhance online performance.
Qualifications:
• Excellent English
• Flexible and patient. (This is our first experience hiring outside of the US)
• Proven experience in website management with WordPress.
• Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and familiarity with tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs.
• Experience managing Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research and ad creation.
• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with ChatGPT
• A reliable PC or Mac headset, and a high-speed internet connection
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to learn and adapt to different digital tools.
