JOB OVERVIEW

We’re PlumbElec Marketing, a fast-growing digital marketing agency that helps plumbing and electrical businesses scale their businesses by increasing their lead flow through SEO, PPC, and website development.

We’re not your typical corporate agency. We value autonomy, creativity, and results—without micromanagement.
With our core team based in Bali, we’re highly driven, whilst being easy-going but trust that our team will always deliver results.

We believe in working smarter, not harder, and we’re looking for someone who shares our passion for delivering high-quality work with a get shit done approach while enjoying a flexible and balanced lifestyle.

If you're resourceful, eager to grow your knowledge, and looking for an opportunity to upskill while making a real impact, this role is for you.

------ What you’ll be doing ------

You’ll own everything website-related, ensuring our clients’ sites run smoothly and efficiently. Your role will involve:

Client interactions: Liaise with clients when necessary to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction with the work delivered.

WordPress website setup: Taking a client that signs on and managing the setup of their website. From hosting setup to template configuration and managing the process of new content uploading.

Page design: Be able to throw together a basic landing page that looks decent based on the current website design without the need for a website designer.

Website template management: Assist in designing, developing, maintaining and optimising our custom website templates for efficient website deployments.

Hosting management: Maintaining our Cloudways servers, ensuring they are working properly and fast.
Managing website updates: Working with our web publisher and content writer to ensure the quality of new pages built is to a high standard.

Technical troubleshooting: Fault-finding WordPress issues like plugin conflictions, form submissions and general glitches or liaising with outside contractors to fix more complex issues.

Website maintenance: Ensuring plugins are updated monthly and managing website uptime via WPManage and website backups.

Optimising website management processes: Improve workflows for managing websites eg. plugin updates, website maintenance, website builds etc.
