Website Developer

We are a small outdoor travel business located in Australia and are hiring a web developer. We have a full-time position at the Upgrade to see actual infont, which may turn into a part-time role in the future. We are looking for someone who has the necessary technical skills, strong English, and will communicate with us on a daily basis to develop a good working relationship. Our ideal candidate is confident in putting forward their own creative ideas and is able to work and problem solve independently.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain current Wordpress website
- Improve website layout and design to increase conversions
- Optimise page load times (including using Litespeed Cache and Web Server)
- Manage and improve technical SEO
- Maintain affiliate program

Requirements:
- C1 or C2 English
- Reliable internet connection
- Experience in WordPress website development and optimisation (including SEO)

What you get:
- Starting monthly salary of 1050AUD based on experience (with an annual raise and potential bonuses)
- 9am - 5pm workday (Manila time)
- 13th month pay
