Job Summary:
RDM Marketing Agency is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Website Designer/SEO Specialist to join our team full-time. This role involves designing and updating WordPress websites, managing local SEO efforts, and optimizing client visibility online. You’ll collaborate internally to ensure deliverables meet client goals and leverage industry-leading tools like SEMrush, Google Analytics, and GoHighLevel (GHL) to drive results.
This position is ideal for someone with a mix of creative web design skills and a deep understanding of SEO best practices, particularly in the home services industry (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, restoration).

Key Responsibilities:
Design and update custom WordPress websites with responsive, visually appealing, and user-friendly layouts.
Conduct comprehensive SEO audits and implement optimization strategies to improve client rankings and visibility.
Manage Google Business Profiles for clients, including citations, photos, and updates, ensuring optimal local SEO performance.
Utilize tools like SEMrush, Google Analytics, and GoHighLevel (GHL) to analyze and report on client performance metrics.
Create and deliver detailed, client-friendly SEO performance reports showcasing measurable improvements.
Stay updated on web design and SEO best practices to ensure RDM’s offerings remain competitive and cutting-edge.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet deadlines, manage priorities, and deliver exceptional results.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in website design with a strong portfolio demonstrating WordPress expertise.
Comprehensive understanding of SEO principles, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.
Proficient in tools such as SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
Familiarity with managing and optimizing Google Business Profiles.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and project management skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.

Preferred Skills:
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to support custom web solutions.
Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) for managing client data and workflows.
Graphic design skills using tools like Photoshop, Canva, or similar platforms to create visual assets.
Familiarity with the home services industry (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, restoration) is a plus.
