Website Designer & IT Support Specialist

Are you a talented website designer with a knack for IT support? We're looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our team, working on exciting web design projects and offering technical support to our clients.

About the Role
This is a flexible position that allows you to work remotely, collaborating on a range of web design tasks and providing IT and email support. If you’re passionate about design, proficient in WordPress, and confident in navigating cPanel, this role could be perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities
Website Design & Maintenance:
Design and build websites using WordPress and the Divi theme.
Interpret briefs to create visually appealing layouts that meet client requirements.
Update and apply website changes quickly and accurately.
IT & Email Support:
Provide remote support for email setup and troubleshooting, including POP and IMAP configurations.
Assist clients with general email-related issues and settings.
Navigate and manage cPanel to troubleshoot and resolve hosting-related issues.
General Duties:
Maintain strong communication with clients and the team.
Submit weekly timesheets.
What We're Looking For
Proficiency in WordPress and experience using the Divi theme.
Strong understanding of design principles, layout, and usability.
Knowledge of email protocols (POP/IMAP) and ability to provide remote support.
Experience navigating cPanel to manage hosting environments effectively.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
