Web Designer & Developer – Craft High-Converting, Stunning Websites

We are a childcare-focused digital marketing agency, and we’re looking for a Web Designer & Developer to work on new builds, website revamps, maintenance, and landing pages. You’ll have the freedom to make design decisions while ensuring websites align with business goals and drive conversions.

What You’ll Be Doing:
? Website Design & Development – Build and revamp websites with a focus on user experience and aesthetics.
? Landing Page Creation & Optimisation – Design high-converting landing pages for lead generation.
? Website Maintenance & Updates – Ensure sites are optimised, secure, and running smoothly.
? Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) – Implement best practices to drive higher engagement and conversions.
? CRM & Marketing Tool Integration – Implement forms, tracking, and automation tools (e.g., GHL, HubSpot).
? Multi-Platform Expertise – Work across WordPress, Squarespace, and Wix to create high-quality websites.

Bonus Skills (Not Required but a Plus!):
? SEO Knowledge – Understanding of on-page SEO best practices.
? UI/UX Best Practices – Ensuring websites are intuitive, engaging, and effective.
? Basic Front-End Development – Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript for customisations.
