? Website Design & Development – Design and develop responsive, aesthetically pleasing, and functional websites using platforms like WordPress.
? UI/UX Optimization – Create intuitive navigation, visually appealing layouts, and seamless user experiences.
? Branding & Aesthetics – Ensure that all designs align with the client’s or company’s branding, using appropriate color schemes, fonts, and visual elements.
? SEO & Performance Optimization – Implement best practices for speed, performance, and search engine visibility.
? Mobile & Cross-Browser Compatibility – Ensure websites are fully optimized for all devices and browsers.
? Content & Media Integration – Work with text, images, videos, and other media to create engaging web experiences.
? Website Maintenance & Updates – Monitor and update websites to ensure functionality, security, and relevance.
? Collaboration & Client Communication – Work closely with marketing teams, developers, and clients to bring web projects to life.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
? Proficiency in Website Platforms: WordPress, or custom-coded sites (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
? Design Tools: Adobe XD, Figma, Canva, Photoshop, or other graphic design software.
? Understanding of UI/UX Principles: Ability to create user-friendly, conversion-focused designs.
? SEO & Performance Optimization: Basic knowledge of SEO principles, Google Analytics, and website speed optimization.
? Problem-Solving & Creativity: Ability to troubleshoot and improve website functionality while maintaining an aesthetically pleasing design.
? Strong Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate with teams and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
? Experience with E-Commerce & CMS Platforms (preferred but not required).

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue) or backend development is a plus.
Knowledge of website security best practices.
Portfolio showcasing previous web design projects.
