Webshop Manager (Shopify & CRO) at Achaté

Are you an experienced Webshop Manager with a passion for e-commerce and a sharp eye for Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)? Do you have expertise in Shopify, project management tools like Monday and Slack, and know how to scale a webshop? Then we are looking for you!

At Achaté, we help households with innovative cleaning products that make life easier. To further optimize our webshop and marketplaces, we are looking for a driven Webshop Manager to take our online performance to the next level.

Your Responsibilities:
? Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

Set up and monitor A/B tests to continuously improve the webshop.
Collaborate with designers and developers to enhance the user experience.
? Inventory Management & Supply Chain Optimization

Ensure optimal stock levels and efficient supply chain processes.
Plan and forecast inbound shipments to minimize costs and shortages.
? Product Development & Return Reduction

Conduct market research and develop new products.
Implement strategies to reduce return rates and increase customer satisfaction.
? Competitor Analysis

Monitor competitor trends and pricing strategies.
Adjust strategies to stay competitive in the market.
? SEO & Content Optimization

Improve product pages and content to increase conversions and visibility.
Develop compelling product descriptions and visuals that drive sales.
What You Bring:
? Experience with Shopify and project management tools like Monday and Slack.
? Knowledge of marketplaces (Amazon, Upgrade to see actual info, etc.) and how to optimize sales.
? Strong skills in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and a data-driven mindset.
? Experience in supply chain & inventory management to streamline operations.
? An analytical and proactive approach – you spot opportunities and turn them into growth.
? Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
