About Us
We are a thriving group of influencers and entrepreneurs looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Webinar Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth execution of our webinars, providing technical assistance, and maintaining a seamless experience for attendees.
The ideal candidate has experience with Go High Level (GHL), strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to manage webinar operations efficiently.
Salary & Work Schedule:
• $5/hour (paid weekly via Wise)
• Part-time or as needed
• Thursdays & Sundays | 5 PM - 10 PM EST
Key Responsibilities:
Webinar Support & Execution
• Set up, manage, and troubleshoot webinars using Go High Level (GHL)
• Moderate Zoom sessions, manage attendee chats, and send follow-ups
• Provide real-time technical support during live webinars to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor chat, Q&A, and attendee engagement for an interactive experience
Post-Webinar Follow-Up
• Generate and distribute webinar recordings and reports
• Ensure proper data capture and follow-ups through GHL automation
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience with Go High Level (GHL) (Non-Negotiable)
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills
• Reliable internet & computer with headset (Non-Negotiable)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Can handle last-minute changes and problem-solving during live events
• Minimal power outage disruptions
