WordPress or Webflow Website Designer/Developer (Remote)

About Us:

At TradePro 360, we specialize in creating conversion-focused websites for tradespeople, including plumbers, electricians, roofers, landscapers, and more. Our goal is to help businesses rank higher on Google, generate leads, and convert visitors into customers. We are seeking a highly skilled, full-time Webflow designer/developer to join our team remotely.

What We Offer:

Starting Wage: $1,100 USD/month (paid weekly)

Automatic Wage Increase: $1,400 USD/month after 3 months, based on performance and consistency.

Flexible Hours: Work when you choose — we only care about the end deliverable. You’ll have the freedom to set your own schedule. 2 full days off each week - you choose your days off.

Bonuses: Monthly quality and quantity bonuses for hitting goals and producing high-quality work consistently.

Full Support: We provide you with all the tools you need, including:

Webflow/WordPress access to create stunning, responsive websites.
Relume for wireframing and design templates.
We provide all the written copy for the website build, saving you time and effort.
MidJourney for generating images quickly.
Component and Template libraries to save time on repetitive tasks.

Independence: You’ll work autonomously without micromanagement. There will be no client interactions — we handle all client communications and revisions, so you can focus on building great websites.


Required Skills:

Expertise in Webflow or WordPress: You should have a strong portfolio showcasing your past projects.

Strong Design Skills: Experience in creating modern, user-friendly, and conversion-focused designs.

Attention to Detail: Websites must be pixel-perfect, responsive, and optimized for both SEO and conversion.

Good English: As you’ll be working with our internal team, a high level of spoken English is required.

Self-Motivated & Independent: Ability to work independently and produce consistent, high-quality results without supervision.

Deliver 1 high-quality website per day.

We aim for fast turnaround times without sacrificing quality.

Websites should be beautiful, functional, and optimized for conversion and SEO.

Ability to adapt quickly to project needs and deliver on tight deadlines.

Demonstrate creative solutions for clients’ needs while adhering to brand guidelines.

Consistently follow project guidelines and templates to ensure uniformity across all sites.
