***GENERAL OVERVIEW***
The Inspyre Group is a full-service marketing and public relations firm specializing in branding, strategy, and creative execution. We’re currently updating our company website and are looking for an experienced, design-forward Webflow expert to lead this short-term project.

This is not a junior role. We’re seeking a highly skilled individual who can bring a polished, modern, and strategic approach to both the visual design and user experience. You must have strong graphic design skills, a sharp eye for layout and UX, and the ability to translate a brand kit into a fully cohesive Webflow site.

???? Important note: While this is a short-term engagement, we frequently take on new web design projects for clients—often once or twice per month. If your work is competitively priced, professional, and aligned with our standards, this role could easily evolve into a long-term, ongoing relationship.

***PROJECT SCOPE***
- Refresh and redesign our existing Webflow website based on a newly refined brand identity.

- Apply our brand kit (logos, colors, typography, and photography) consistently and creatively across all pages.

- Build new pages and sections as needed, including About, Services, Contact, Blog, and Portfolio.

- Ensure mobile responsiveness and a clean, modern layout across all devices.

- Optimize the website for performance, load speed, and on-page SEO best practices.

- Build with client-friendly CMS functionality for easy internal updates.

- Work independently and efficiently within the project deadline.

***REQUIREMENTS***
- Expert-level Webflow experience — must provide examples of fully custom Webflow sites you've designed and developed.

- Strong graphic design skills and deep understanding of visual hierarchy and user experience.

- Ability to design directly from a brand guide with strong attention to consistency and detail.

- Must have strong SEO knowledge and experience implementing on-page SEO best practices during the build.

- Experience designing for different platforms and screen sizes with clean, responsive design.

- Must be able to communicate during US Eastern Time hours as needed.

- Comfortable working independently and delivering high-quality work on a tight deadline.
