This position will start part-time (20 hours / week) with the opportunity to grow to full time (40 hours / week)

Responsibilities:
- Work hand-in-hand with our design crew to transform mockups and wireframes into operational websites using Webflow.
- Craft responsive, flawless websites that deliver a consistent experience across every device and browser.
- Enhance website performance and overall user engagement.
- Guarantee punctual project delivery within set timelines.
- Keep a pulse on the newest trends and advances in web development.

Requirements
- Web Design Experience (Specifically Webflow if possible)
- Photoshop (Ability to resize images and icons and recolor logos)
- A portfolio highlighting active websites you've contributed to.
- Solid grasp of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, CMS, and adaptive web design principles.
- Skilled in utilizing Webflow for website creation.
- Meticulous attention to details with a dedication to superior quality output.
- Exceptional problem-solving prowess, capable of working autonomously or collaboratively.
- C2 English Level to be able to add text content to websites.
