We are excited to announce an opportunity for a highly skilled and creative web designer and developer to join our team and take the lead in designing and building a visually stunning and user-friendly website using Webflow. This project is not only about aesthetics; it also involves setting up sophisticated automations that will integrate seamlessly with Airtable, enabling efficient data management and smooth operational workflows.

We specialize in providing comprehensive aviation services, including charter operations, aircraft sales and acquisitions, and aircraft management. Our mission is to offer exceptional services tailored to the unique needs of our clients in the aviation industry.

Project Goals:

Our objective is to create a dynamic and interactive website that serves as a central hub for our aviation services. Key features and functionalities we aim to implement include:
• CMS Items:
• Aircraft Inventory: Showcase our available aircraft with detailed specifications.
• Employee Page: Highlight our team with profiles and roles.
• Empty Legs: Display available empty leg flights for clients.
• Aircraft Comparison Tool: Allow users to compare different aircraft based on various criteria.
• Interactive Aircraft Range Map: Provide a map feature that visually represents the range capabilities of our aircraft.
• Blog CMS: Develop a robust blog section to publish industry news, company updates, and informative articles.
• User Portal:
• User Authentication: Enable users to create accounts and log in to the site.
• User Roles & Permissions:
• Charter Customers: Interested in booking trips with us.
• Buy/Sell Jet Customers: Interested in purchasing or selling aircraft.
• Company Employees: Internal staff with specific access rights.
• Personalized Dashboards: Different users will see different content and functionalities based on their roles.
• Charter Customers: Can book trips, view available charters, and manage their bookings.
• Buy/Sell Jet Customers: Can browse aircraft for sale, list aircraft for sale, and manage their transactions.
• Company Employees: Can add new aircraft to the inventory, update their profiles (bio, headshot, name), and manage relevant sections of the website.
• Favorites: Allow users to favorite aircraft in the inventory, empty leg trips, blog posts, and more.
• Favorites Management: Provide a portal where users can view and manage their favorite items.
• Profile Management: Let users update their personal information and email preferences.
• Employees: Update bio, headshot, names, and other professional details.
• Customers: Change profile image, name, email, notification settings, etc.
• Backend Infrastructure:
• Database Management: Utilize Airtable or a similar platform for the backend database to ensure easy data management and automation.
• Automations: Implement workflows that streamline data handling and operational processes.

Responsibilities:
• Design & Development:
• Lead the design and development of the website using Webflow, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
• Create exceptional user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) tailored to the aviation industry.
• Integration & Automation:
• Integrate Airtable (or similar) with Webflow to manage dynamic content and automate processes.
• Set up and optimize automations to enhance data handling efficiency and operational workflows.
• User Portal Implementation:
• Develop a multi-user portal with distinct roles and permissions.
• Ensure that each user type (charter customers, buy/sell jet customers, company employees) has access to the appropriate features and can perform relevant actions.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms to protect user data and website integrity.
• CMS Development:
• Build and configure a robust blog CMS to facilitate regular content updates.
• Ensure that the CMS is user-friendly and allows for easy content creation, editing, and management.
• Interactive Tools:
• Design and develop interactive tools such as the aircraft comparison feature and the interactive range map.
• Ensure these tools are intuitive and enhance the overall user experience.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with our team to gather requirements, brainstorm design concepts, and iterate on ideas.
• Ensure the website aligns with our brand identity and meets the needs of our target audience.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in web design and development, particularly with Webflow.
• Strong portfolio showcasing skills in Webflow and Airtable integration.
• Expertise in creating CMS-driven websites with dynamic content.
• Ability to design interactive tools such as comparison features and interactive maps.
• Experience with user authentication systems and creating multi-user portals with varying access levels.
• Knowledge of backend databases and automation workflows.
• Excellent attention to detail and design principles.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
