Webflow Developer (Expert – Gig Basis)

We’re looking for an experienced Webflow Developer to join our team on a gig-by-gig basis. This role is perfect for someone who knows Webflow inside and out—from custom interactions and CMS builds to pixel-perfect responsiveness and performance optimization. If you're a Webflow pro who can jump in and execute quickly, we want to work with you.

HAS TO WORK 9-5pm PST (California Time) and have GREAT communication

What You’ll Do:

Build and maintain high-quality, responsive websites using Webflow

Convert Figma/Adobe XD designs into fully functional Webflow sites

Create custom animations, interactions, and CMS collections

Optimize page speed and performance

Troubleshoot and resolve bugs or layout issues

Collaborate with our team for revisions, handoffs, or ongoing tweaks

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience building multiple Webflow websites (please share portfolio)

Deep understanding of Webflow’s Designer, CMS, and Editor

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and some JavaScript (for custom code embeds if needed)

Ability to work independently and deliver on deadlines

Attention to detail and a good eye for design/UX

Bonus: experience with SEO best practices, integrations (Zapier, Memberstack, etc.)
