Webflow Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Webflow Developer to bring our business website designs to life. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the founder and graphic designer to implement visually stunning and functional website designs on the Webflow platform.


Your primary responsibility will be to translate graphic designs into responsive and interactive web pages, ensuring a seamless user experience and high performance across all devices. You will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our online presence, aligning it with our brand’s vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities

Meet design briefs, requirements, and deadlines with precision and creativity.
Ensure all graphic assets align with Buddle’s brand guidelines to reinforce a cohesive brand identity.
Demonstrate strong project management and time management skills to effectively prioritize and deliver tasks.
Design user-centric websites and assets, specifically using Webflow.
Create website image assets and eye-catching GIF animations to enhance user engagement.
Exhibit excellent typography skills and craft visually appealing, clean layouts.
Edit photos and vector images to meet high-quality standards.

Other Responsibilities

Make necessary process suggestions and improvements which can help the team.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Perform other related tasks and duties that may be assigned by the client later on.
About You

Demonstrated proficiency in Webflow, including the development of multiple websites, landing pages, and interactive forms within Webflow.io.
Strong experience creating graphic assets using Canva Pro, leveraging features such as “Brand Hub” and other advanced functionalities.
Ability to identify and propose creative design solutions independently.
Excellent teamwork skills with a track record of meeting deadlines efficiently.
Familiarity with the Australian market and clientele is a significant advantage.
A degree in Graphic Design or Information Technology is an added bonus.
