Your Responsibilities:
???? Discover & Engage Web3 Talent – Identify and recruit blockchain developers, engineers, and marketing professionals.
???? Lead the Recruitment Cycle – Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and facilitate onboarding processes.
???? Enhance Hiring Strategies – Manage job postings, refine recruitment pipelines, and create compelling job descriptions.
????? Leverage ATS Tools – Utilize Manatal and other applicant tracking systems for efficient hiring workflows.


What You Bring to the Table:
? 2+ years of recruitment experience – Preferably in blockchain or tech industries.
? Blockchain/Web3 Hiring Expertise – A strong network and understanding of crypto talent sourcing.
? Tech-Savvy Mindset – Experience with ATS tools and job board management.
? Outstanding Communication Skills – Ability to attract and engage top-tier candidates while conveying Energi’s vision.
? Bonus Skills:
? Prior experience in blockchain/Web3 recruitment
? Familiarity with crypto tools such as MetaMask, Manatal, and Google Workspace
? Passion for decentralized technology and Web3 innovation
