Securafy is a cybersecurity and IT solutions provider dedicated to helping businesses stay secure, compliant, and efficient. Our website and systems are well-established, and we are looking for a dedicated HubSpot Web Developer to ensure ongoing maintenance, technical optimization, and performance improvements.
Job Description
Securafy is hiring a Web & UX Manager (HubSpot Web Developer) for a part-time, structured role (20 hours per week, 4 hours per day). This is not an on-call or ad-hoc position—we require a fixed daily schedule that overlaps with our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to ensure consistent communication and progress tracking.
Our website is already fully functional and operational, so the primary focus of this role is maintenance, optimization, and process improvements rather than major redesigns or development from scratch.
Key Responsibilities
(1) Website Maintenance & Optimization
Conduct regular technical audits to identify and resolve any website performance or security issues.
Ensure site speed, mobile responsiveness, and SEO compliance through ongoing optimizations.
Submit and update sitemaps to search engines for indexing and ranking improvements.
(2) Technical Issue Resolution
Monitor the health of the website and proactively address bugs, errors, or performance slowdowns.
Troubleshoot HubSpot CMS issues, ensuring all templates, modules, and components function correctly.
(3) Process Improvements & Development
Identify and implement enhancements to existing processes, ensuring smooth website operations.
Develop new landing pages, microsites, and templates as requested by the marketing team.
Ensure design consistency and usability across all pages within the HubSpot CMS.
(4) Structured Work Schedule & Collaboration
Work within a fixed schedule (4 hours per day, 20 hours per week) that aligns with the CMO’s availability.
Provide weekly updates on site performance, completed optimizations, and any identified issues.
Work closely with marketing to align web enhancements with company objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- HubSpot CMS Expertise is Mandatory – Must have hands-on experience developing, managing, and optimizing HubSpot websites (Do not apply without HubSpot development experience).
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HubL (HubSpot Markup Language).
- Experience in website technical maintenance, performance optimization, and SEO best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve HubSpot-related website issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with backend development within the HubSpot ecosystem.
- Experience in developing responsive designs and maintaining accessibility standards.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to proactively improve website performance.
- Comfortable working within a structured, fixed schedule (not an on-call or flexible role).
Compensation & Work Structure
- 20 hours per week, Monday–Friday (4 hours per day on a fixed schedule).
- The work schedule must overlap with the CMO’s working hours for seamless collaboration.
- Compensation: $1,000 per month.
