All our companies operate within the real estate industry, either investing in real estate ourselves or helping other real estate investors achieve financial independence through the services we offer.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Web Hosting Systems Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the web hosting infrastructure for all our brands and projects. This role is critical in ensuring seamless uptime, security, and optimal performance for customer-facing platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Web Hosting Management: Oversee and maintain servers and hosting environments (shared, VPS, and dedicated servers) for company websites and platforms, including SEO For Real Estate Investors and REI Link.
Server Configuration & Optimization: Configure and fine-tune servers to maximize efficiency, speed, and reliability.
Security & Monitoring: Implement and maintain security measures, monitor server performance, and promptly address any vulnerabilities or threats.
Backup & Recovery: Establish and maintain reliable backup procedures and recovery solutions to protect critical data.
Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose and resolve hosting-related issues, providing timely support to internal stakeholders.
Automation & Scripting: Develop and deploy automation solutions for routine tasks and server management.
Scalability Planning: Assist with capacity planning to support future growth and platform demands.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Web Hosting Systems Administrator or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of server management, hosting environments, and technologies such as cPanel, WHMCS, Plesk, and Linux-based systems.
Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
Experience with website performance optimization and security protocols.
Proficient in scripting languages like Bash or Python for automation tasks.
Solid understanding of DNS, SSL, and web server configurations (Apache, NGINX).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a cross-functional remote team.

Preferred Skills:
Experience in the real estate or digital marketing industry.
Familiarity with WordPress and other CMS platforms.
Knowledge of database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
Understanding of SEO best practices from a technical perspective.
