Web Developer for Agency

We are a dynamic and fast-growing marketing agency specializing in delivering high-quality websites and marketing solutions for small businesses and entrepreneurs. We’re looking for a talented Web Developer to join our team part-time with the option to convert to full-time after 90 day period.

Responsibilities:
Website Development: Build responsive and user-friendly websites based on Figma designs, ensuring consistency across desktop, tablet, and mobile views.
Website Builders Expertise: Work across platforms such as WordPress (Elementor/Divi), Kajabi, Showit, Webflow, Squarespace, Hubspot, and Shopify.
Custom Coding: Write custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript where needed to enhance functionality and design.
Cross-Browser Compatibility: Ensure websites perform flawlessly across different browsers and devices.
Testing & Debugging: Conduct quality assurance testing and fix any bugs or performance issues.
Collaboration: Work closely with designers, project managers, and marketing teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
Optimization: Ensure all websites are optimized for speed, SEO, and usability.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Web Developer or similar role.
Ability to turn landing pages around in 2-3 days
Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (bonus points for experience with PHP or Liquid).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Effective communication skills for team collaboration and client interactions.
