Web Developer / Web Designer

Hi,

I am looking for a virtual assistant to help with the creation, maintenance, and some graphic design of new WordPress websites. The work is project-based and part-time.

We are setting up around ten websites, 90% of which will be copied from a previous site. However, the design and functionalities need to be adjusted so that the sites look unique. Setting up a new website takes only a few hours, so there would be work for few days.

As the business grows, we will need a dedicated web developer/designer on our team. I hope to find a skilled person for long-term collaboration, who could also maintain the websites, e.g., on a weekly basis. More websites will be coming, so this could be a great side job.

Key tasks:

- Setting up websites on a web hosting service (most likely Hostinger) and creating email accounts.
- Copying a “blank” website to the server.
- Customizing the website details (texts, etc.).
- Modifying graphic elements so that the sites look different (footer, header, navigation, logo, colors, fonts).
- Website maintenance: Backups, plugin updates.

What I need:

You should be proficient in web hosting management, WordPress installation, and Elementor Pro (especially loop grids and templates). It’s also important that you have built multiple websites from scratch and have experience in graphic design.

The key to personalization is to create a cohesive graphic and functional whole. The basic elements will remain consistent across sites for easier maintenance, but the design must be different. You won’t create logos yourself, but you will search for suitable ones using a provided service.

Since there will be many websites, systematic work is crucial. You need to be organized and able to work independently but also know when to ask for help.

Requirements:

- Proven, strong experience with Elementor Pro.
- Experience with Elementor templates, loop grids, ACF, and CPT.
- Web hosting management.
- WordPress installation.
- Graphic design skills.
- Problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Bonus: Experience with automation (Upgrade to see actual info), AI, Airtable, coding, WooCommerce, Photoshop.
