Job Overview
We're looking for a tech-savvy WordPress expert who can keep our sites fast, secure, and optimized while also making them visually engaging and user-friendly. This role requires someone who understands WordPress, website security, speed optimization, memberships, and online courses. When things are running smoothly, we want you to take the lead—whether that's improving the user experience, testing new tools, or brainstorming ways to make our platforms even better.
Key Responsibilities
Website Management & Optimization
Maintain and manage multiple WordPress-based websites in the finance and business sectors
Ensure website speed, security, and performance are optimized
Handle regular backups, updates, and troubleshooting
Improve SEO and site structure using Rank Math Pro, WP Rocket, and Google Search Console
Membership & Community Platform Management
Set up and maintain PeepSo (our online community platform)
Manage MemberPress (memberships), LearnDash (courses), and Easy Digital Downloads (EDD)
Ensure a smooth experience for users accessing memberships, courses, digital products, and financial services.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
Fix website bugs and errors quickly
Monitor and resolve security vulnerabilities, speed issues, and downtime
Set up automations and integrations to improve workflow

Additional Responsibilities When Website is Running Smoothly
Work with the team to upload courses, digital products, financial resources, and blog content.
Analyze Google Analytics and SEO reports to recommend site improvements
Assist in UX/UI enhancements, including customizing WordPress templates, adding sections, and ensuring the design aligns with branding and user experience best practices
Support the membership coordinator in community engagement
Research and propose new tools, plugins, or improvements
Manage tech-related projects in ClickUp to ensure deadlines are met
What We Are Looking For
WordPress Expert – You have experience managing WordPress websites and working with templates to create polished, professional-looking pages that align with brand identity
Plugin Knowledge – You must have hands-on experience with PeepSo, MemberPress, LearnDash, and Easy Digital Downloads (EDD), as they are essential for managing our membership, course, and digital product platforms
Tech-Savvy & Problem-Solver – You find solutions and fix issues independently
Proactive & Detail-Oriented – You take initiative and catch issues before they become problems

Basic Coding Skills (Bonus but Not Required) – Knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP is a plus
Good Communication Skills – You can explain technical details clearly to non-tech tea
