JOB OVERVIEW

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Web Developer/Admin to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in GoHighLevel, Trello And Notion. Possess expertise in creating webpages, funnels, workflows, and automations. This role involves setting up new client accounts, assisting with client and customer onboarding, performing general administrative tasks, and following YouTube instructions to create specific automations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Web Development:
• Design, develop, and maintain webpages and landing pages using platforms like GoHighLevel.
• Build and optimize funnels for lead generation, sales, and marketing campaigns.
• Ensure all web projects are responsive, user-friendly, and SEO-optimized.
• Automation & Workflows:
• Create, manage, and optimize workflows and automations in GoHighLevel to enhance client marketing and sales processes.
• Follow video tutorials and YouTube instructions to implement specific automations as needed.
• Continuously monitor and improve existing workflows for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Client Onboarding:
• Set up new client accounts and ensure all necessary configurations are in place.
• Guide clients through the onboarding process, offering support and training on GoHighLevel and other relevant platforms.
• Assist clients in understanding and utilizing workflows, automations, and digital tools provided by the company.
• Project Management:
• Use Trello to organize and track the progress of web development and automation projects.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Provide regular updates to management on project statuses and any potential issues.
• Administrative Duties:
• Perform general administrative tasks, such as updating records, maintaining client files, and coordinating with other departments.
• Assist in troubleshooting issues related to client accounts, webpages, and automations.
• Manage communications and follow-ups with clients and internal team members.

Qualifications:

• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in GoHighLevel, with experience in setting up accounts, creating funnels, and developing automations.
• Strong web development skills, including HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
• Experience with Trello or similar project management tools.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and responsive design principles.
• Experience:
• 2+ years of experience in web development, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Previous experience with client onboarding and support is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to create and manage complex workflows and automations.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Web Development, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
