Web Designer (Webflow + Shopify) – Part-Time, Long-Term

What You’ll Do:

Design and build custom websites using our internal framework
Work primarily in Webflow, with some Shopify builds early on
Implement clean, conversion-driven design—no fluff
Build fast, SEO-optimised, responsive websites
Support creation of internal templates for repeat use
Collaborate with our team (not client-facing)

Your First 90 Days:
Clean up and optimise our own WQ Creative website
Finish remaining Shopify client projects with clean code and SEO in mind
Start handling new Webflow client sites from design to launch
Lay the groundwork for reusable templates and internal design systems

Success Traits:
Obsessed with details, spacing, and structure
Thinks in systems—not just pretty pages
Writes clean code and prioritises fast, functional sites
Asks smart questions and takes feedback well
Knows SEO basics and can implement both on-page and technical fixes
Comfortable working in Webflow and Shopify (Webflow is priority)

Tools You Should Know:

Webflow (primary)
Shopify (for current projects)
Google Search Console / basic SEO tools
Figma or Adobe XD (nice to have)
