Job Title: Virtual Web Design & Development Expert with CRM Expertise

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Virtual Web Design & Development Expert with extensive experience in CRM platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in website and funnel development, custom coding, content migration, troubleshooting, and optimization for SEO and user experience. This position will begin with a probationary period but is intended to transition into a full-time role for the right candidate. We are looking for someone who can work a significant amount of hours during USA business hours (Eastern and Pacific Time).

Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and customize CRM platforms, including websites, sales funnels, and online course infrastructures.
• Perform custom coding to meet specific client requirements and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Design, develop, and optimize websites, landing pages, and funnels for engagement and conversions.
• Migrate content to CRM platforms, ensuring smooth transitions and data integrity.
• Optimize websites and funnels for search engine optimization (SEO) and user experience.
• Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for CRM-based sites and funnels.
• Collaborate with our team to create visually compelling and high-converting digital solutions.

Qualifications:
• Proven expertise in working with CRM platforms (e.g., Kajabi, ClickFunnels, WordPress, or similar), including setup, coding, and optimization.
• Strong portfolio showcasing past projects, including sales funnels, website design, and custom coding work.
• Proficiency in web design principles, SEO best practices, and content migration.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver quality results.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a remote team environment.
