Web Designer (Squarespace & Shopify)

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Web Designer with expert-level proficiency in Squarespace and Shopify. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to design visually stunning, user-friendly, and functional websites. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining websites that align with our brand and business goals, ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop custom websites on Squarespace and Shopify platforms.

Collaborate with the team to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet business objectives.

Ensure websites are visually appealing, responsive, and optimized for performance.

Customize templates and create unique designs tailored to client needs.

Troubleshoot and resolve any platform-related issues.

Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and platform updates.

Requirements:

Proven experience designing and building websites on Squarespace and Shopify (portfolio required).

Strong understanding of web design principles, including layout, typography, and color theory.

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (preferred but not mandatory).

Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

Strong communication skills and fluency in English (both written and verbal).

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have:

Experience with SEO best practices.

Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.

Familiarity with graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
