Web Designer & Developer (Expertise in Webflow)

We’re looking for a highly skilled Webflow Designer to optimize and enhance our websites with a modern, high-converting design approach. This is a freelance/project-based role, but we have ongoing projects for the right person.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and build visually stunning websites using Webflow that are both functional and beautiful.
• Optimize websites with modern features, including scroll effects, microinteractions, animated CTAs, and smooth transitions.
• Provide creative direction and strategic insights for website aesthetics, user flow, and overall design.
• Install and manage scripts for visitor tracking, analytics, and optimization.
• Ensure websites are responsive and function seamlessly on all devices (desktop, mobile, tablet).
• Optimize images, animations, and scripts for fast loading times and performance.
• Create and edit visual assets like icons, banners, and UI components as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve design, layout, or script-related issues as they arise.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO and Chief of Staff to align on project goals and feedback.

Required Qualifications:
• Proven expert-level experience in Webflow – you know it inside out!
• Strong understanding of modern website effects (scroll animations, hover interactions, etc.).
• Experience with installing and managing scripts for performance and analytics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work closely with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
• Detail-oriented and proactive in website optimization and problem-solving.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong ability to meet deadlines.
