Web Design , Logo Design

I am looking for someone that has experience creating a web site. It must include having a store to sell medical equipment to customers. In addition looking for someone to create a new fresh logo for my company. Must have references to see past work that was completed. Looking to pay for the initial creation of website, logo etc, in addition to on going support when needed.
