OVERVIEW:
Our team is seeking a skilled Web Designer & Developer to assist with transitioning our website from wordpress to Go High Level. It is currently about 80% complete on Wordpress and need finalising and redesigning too. The ideal candidate will have experience with custom coding, animations, and a strong design sense to ensure the final website is sleek, professional, and fully functional on Go High Level.
This role will require proficiency in WordPress, Go High Level, and custom code to complete the website transition. Additionally, the candidate should have an eye for design, as the website needs to maintain a high-quality, professional aesthetic. Beyond the website project, we’re looking for someone who can help set up and manage our Go High Level account, creating automations and workflows to streamline operations for our childcare center.
TASKS:
Transitioning the website to Go High Level, ensuring all features and design elements are properly implemented and completing the whole site.
Developing custom code as needed to ensure smooth animations and interactive elements on the website.
Collaborating with the team to refine the website's design and functionality, ensuring it aligns with our brand's sleek, professional look.
Managing and configuring Go High Level, including setting up workflows, automations, and integrations to optimize processes.
Ensuring the website is responsive, fast, and user-friendly.
Implementing SEO best practices to enhance the website’s visibility.
Providing ongoing support and maintenance for the website and Go High Level account.
Creating and maintaining landing pages, funnels, and

REQUIREMENTS:
Experience designing and developing websites on WordPress (with a strong portfolio to showcase).
Expertise with Go High Level, including setting up automations, workflows, and integrations (experience transitioning websites to Go High Level is a plus).
Proficiency in custom coding (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for advanced design and animation features.
Strong understanding of responsive design and ensuring websites work seamlessly across devices.
Excellent graphic design skills with an eye for detail (spacing, colors, typography, etc.).
Experience with SEO best practices.
Previous experience working with childcare centers or similar businesses is a plus.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a remote team.
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
Available for approximately [suggested hours] hours per week (exact schedule can be flexible).
PREFERRED SKILLS:
Experience with Go High Level automations,
Familiarity with creating landing pages, funnels, and
Familiarity with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or other design tools is a plus.

HOURS:
We estimate this role will require [ 15 hours per week], depending on the candidate's speed and experience. The schedule can be flexible, with some work being done during business hours and others on your own schedule.
RATE:
Hourly rate is negotiable based on experience and skill level. Based on typical market rates for this kind of work, we recommend a range of $15 - $25/hour. We will adjust based on the candidate’s experience and ability to handle additional responsibilities, including managing Go High Level and implementing automations.
