Upgrade to see actual info is looking for a skilled and creative Virtual Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time, remote position where you will work on a variety of projects, including web design, CMS maintenance, and graphics creation for social media, content marketing, and web pages.

If you have experience with HubSpot CMS, graphic design tools, and enjoy working in a dynamic digital marketing environment, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:
-Web Design & CMS Maintenance: Work within HubSpot CMS to update, maintain, and design webpages.
-Graphic Design: Create visuals for social media, blog content, and website pages using Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
-Content Support: Assist in creating and formatting blog posts, landing pages, and marketing materials.
-General Marketing & Creative Support: Work closely with our team to help execute various marketing projects.

What You Need to Have:
-Experience in HubSpot CMS, WordPress, etc. (or willingness to learn quickly)
-Proficiency in Canva,
-Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
-A dedicated work-from-home setup
-Stable internet connection with a backup plan
-A powerful PC capable of running graphic design applications
-High-quality monitors for web and graphics design
-Fluent English communication skills (written & spoken)
-A positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
