What You’ll Do:

Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone
Assist with product recommendations based on health goals
Handle order issues, returns, and subscription management
What We’re Looking For:

1-2 years in customer support (health-related products a plus)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Passion for health, fitness, and personal wellness
